I was taking a break between drawing pages for The Pirate balthasar and The Flower and the nose and sketched this really quick in photoshop.
In about 15 minutes I was done and went back to fight the ants in the kitchen.

This is Castalia, probably resting after one of her solo adventures, one of the protagonist of The Pirate balthasar comic (which is set in the year 1660).

That's really good. The shading looks really nice.

I feel your pain about ants in the kitchen. I was battling some this summer. I've heard that they're relatively clean and don't carry disease or anything, but I still don't want them crawling all over everything.

My main problem with ants is that they are nesting in my furniture and they are making some serious damage.
I've put lots of salt everywhere, it drives them nuts, but now I have to find a way to invite them and nest somewhere else.

Wow, it's so different from the style the rest of it is drawn in, I kind of don't recognize her. Oh, the outfit is the same, but the face is very different. I like this, it's more realistic.
