I was flipping through books on sleeping habits and sleeping positions to get an idea on the characters' personalities and their relationship.
Eventually, you might think this is dumb, I had to come up with a body language for their sleeping habits to show what kind of relationship they share.
People don't all sleep in the same ways.
The position I picked for Kane and Castalia is called "The honeymooners". Usually this is a position that lovers take when they first start going out and feel like they want to merge, almost. Supposedly, after a few years, you give each other space. There are couples, though, who don't and still manage to sleep in a very small space, even though they have a big King size bed. This is because they are very dependent of each other and cannot bear to be apart.
It's the kind of relationship I wanted for Kane and Castalia... even though they fight a lot, they cannot stay mad at each other and there is something too familiar and comfortable about the other. I call them symbiotic couple! Ha ha ha

Wilson Kane wins a fortune and his future bride at a game of dice from the former pirate Balthasar. When he decides to go and get the girl, the pirate way, by kidnapping her, not only he finds out that she is more than a pirate could ever want from a wife... but that she has 4 identical sisters as well. This discovery hits him when his men, who were supposed to help him out, each kidnaps a different girl... and none of them gets the right one! But Wilson Kane wants the girl he had met and no one else! Luckily for him it will be the girl herself to solve his problem and put an end to his dilemma... a solution that will eventually fling her into a world of adventures on the Mediterranean sea.
